What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia


Last year I was charged with three felonies.
I did Georgia First Offenders
I'm currently serving 10 years probation.

I have a few questions

1 - Is my record clean until I violate 1st offenders or is it "dirty" until I complete 1st offenders?

2 - Would it show up in a background check?
