have i lost my rights

so i plead no contest to 5 felonies when i was younger. adjudication was with held and i was placed on probabtion for 5 years. i couldnt complete it successfully so it was just terminated. When i look up my criminal background at the county court house it say withheld adj. ive been told that that means i was never convicted and therefor didnt loose my rights to carry a firearm. Have my rights been taken from me or not?

Why couldn't you complete the program?

i lost my house and my PO suggested to send me to prison cause i didnt have a stable home. i got upset and smoked pot so i ended up with no home and a dirty ua but i had completed 3 of 5 years and the judge and DA said no just terminate. it was adjudication withheld. i was terminated april 20th 2007. i am 27 right now
