What is the name of your state?MissouriWhat is the name of your state?

Just one question...My boyfriend recently got sentenced to a 120 day "shock incarceration" at Fulton Diagnostic and Reception Center in Missouri. He was sentenced due to a probation revocation by his probabtion officer. She violated him for a few traffic violations. I am pregnant and our baby's expected due date is January 8th. His expected release date is January 19th. Is there anyway he could be relased earlier or receive some kind of "furlow" release to be with me when our baby girl is born? Even if it is just for a few days? Please help!

My response:

Yes. But, he'll need a hacksaw blade.

I just wanted help with this as I don't know who to call or ask. If you don't have advice then don't reply with dumb remarks. Thanks...

No. But I have a great idea.... how about you go out and beat some little old lady over the head and steal her pursue around the 5th of January. Then, you can BOTH be in jail when the baby is born. At least that way you can be 'together' during this wonderful time in your daughters life. Then, you can hold her up to the window and let her see across the courtyard to where 'daddy' is. :D

My response:

Fine. I won't give you "dumb remarks" as long as you don't get knocked up by some "dumb criminal". Oooops! Too late!

How's trailer life?

My response:

You're very welcome.

By the way, the Welfare office is about two miles down Main Street. You'll need it. That's the life you've chosen.

I think you need some air in the tire on the left side of the trailer.

It isn't like that. We live fine. It is just a simple 120 but I was hoping for an answer that you obviously don't have so PLEASE don't respond to anything. Thanks!

MY RESPONSE: I'm sure you do "live fine". Anyone can get used to living in a trailer down by the river and bringing in all that Welfare money. And, he's doing "fine" too, behind bars where he belongs. Great father HE'S going to make!

Did you and he ever think of getting married? You know, making a commitment? Did he ever think of NOT committing crimes? You know, being a good citizen?

We do not live in a trailer, we are not on welfare, and HE didn't commit serious crimes. He was in violation of his probation for three traffic tickets and his probation officer recommended a 120 day "shock incarceration". Yes we were planning on getting married. Are you done being a smart ass? With your so called "law experience" I see now answers to anyone's questions on the forum from you, so why are you here again? It is okay to make fun of people, but it doesn't make you look any better like I am sure you hope. Thanks for the advice you couldn't give...

He might be allowed to come to the hospital escorted by guards of course, and be taken back to prison when the birth is over, but that all depends on how willing the system is to give a criminal that break.

The answer is no, he will not be released until Jan 19th. As for a furlow, I have seen prisoners denied funerural visits, even at level 2 prisons. However, he has a right to file a motion asking the court for a early release. Don't count on it working, but you never know.
