if i get married can i live with her

convicted about 9 years ago for drug charges and received 6 years in prison, my girlfriend and mother of my child also was convicted and was sentenced to 9months. She is totally out and off parolle. Living a good clean life. I am now on probation in a half way house 1 day a week the rest of the time i live with her.
and my son.

now they tell me i can't live with her because she was a co defendent. they say i have to get my own place. my question is if i were to marry her would i be able to stay with her and my son in the same house? does getting married make a difference. please help. i love them both. we live in pennsylvania
