| loophole About five years ago, I was sentenced to 3 years probation in Connecticut for failure to appear (the underlying charges were dropped ) and immediately had the probation transferred to another state. About a year into the three years I stopped going to see the probation officer. That state eventually sent the case back to Connecticut and now I have a warrant for my arrest in the state of Connecticut. From what you've heard so far, is it possible for me to be put back on probation? If I turned myself in to the state of Connecticut would I be allowed to bond out or is someone who skipped probation not given that privilege? My goal is to put this matter behind me with minimal impact to my life. Any helpful info would be greaty appreciated. |
