I received an MIP as a freshman in college. I proceeded to go through deferred adjudication and completed all the requirements. I am planning on applying to law school next year, and on all the applications it asks about convictions other than traffic violations. Is an MIP deferred adjudication considered a conviction? If not will it still show up on my record? And what sort of answer should I provide on my law applications?
Thanks.
