motion for early termination

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? saint john, kansas
i am wanting to know if there is a form on line i can get to ask judge for early termination from parole for my son. he was put on 2 yrs probation and i was told he could apply for being released early.

1st you have to figure out if it is parole or probation.
