What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

A couple of months ago I was sentenced to probation, the county that I was convicted in gave me a $100 drug testing fee, but my probation got transferred to the county I live in which charges $12 at the time of each drug test.

I would like to file a motion to get the $100 fee waived, but I need to do it myself since hiring a lawyer would cost twice as much as the fee itself.

If anyone could tell me what I need to do, or at least point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks
