Need expungement advice

my situation...
Here is my situation.

In August of 2004 i made a stupid mistake by stealing money from my employer at the time (Radio Shack) over the course of several months. I took small amounts of money from the register via no receipt returns payed back in cash, i know, very VERY stupid.

I was charged in August 04' and after a guilty plea was sentenced to 18 months of probation. I was let off of probation 6 months early because i was able to pay all fines and restitution.

While all this was going on, i was attending college at The University of Toledo... I graduated from Toledo in May 2007 with a Bachelors degree in New Media (graphic design)...

I have been working at a local factory, Riddell (the football helmet place) for the past 2 years because i can't get a job in my field with this on my record.
I can't say i blame people for not considering me for employment, honestly, it would probably be hard for me to give someone a second chance.

With that being said, i am in desperate need of a felony expungement, and hopefully that is where you come into the picture. Like i said earlier, i don't not wish to work again with the same lawyer that initially represented me in this case.
