First, you'll need to commit a crime.

Second, you'll have to be convicted of that crime.
(You may have to spend some time in jail at this point.)

Third, you'll have to write a letter to the Governor requesting a pardon for said crime.
(He may or may not grant one. Contributions to his campaign fund never hurt)

Thank you for your advice, I know the first two were handled,why else will I be asking? THANKS but, what I need to know is how to go about it??????? Write a letter? I guess It's worth a try, but I think I need to do more than that...
