Pardons or Expungement?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? South Dakota
In 1998 at the age of 16 I was tried as an adult for 2nd degree burglary and sentenced to 5 years of which I did 2 and half in prison and another 2 years and 3 months on parole. I would just like some legal advice on how to get a pardon or expungement of my record.
