Parole

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hi I am in Ontario Canada but the laws are not that different. My boyfriend is on early parole and has been living in a halfway house. He went out on friday and didnt call in for about 8 hours to let them know where he was. He did make it home by curfew. As a result they had him put back in a detention centre for "unknown whereabouts" until his parole officeer sees him Tuesday...Will he get sent back for this? He was going through a lot, heard news about his kids etc..and just took the evening to himself, didnt really call anyone..He doesnt have anyone to verify his whereabout because he was by himself...this is the first time he didnt call in...What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The laws are VERY different......

I have to ask...do people in Canada really have those heads that flap around?
