What is the name of your state? tx my husband served 15 yrs flat on 1987 drug conviction of 55 yrs. he was out 13 months when charged with felon in poss. of a weapon and agg. assault. offered 15 yrs. on felon in poss. charge and plea and bar on agg assault to run concurrant with the last case which he had 39 yrs left. was told by parole attny he serves only 1/4 time + good time since theres no conviction on agg assault . does he go back under old #... and old laws or not? what is parole eligibilty date?
