a relative of mine is trying to post a question without the results she is anticipated so i'm going to try. a friend of mine violated parole in PA by catching another charge in another state. will PA parole wait to sentence him until the other state goes to trial, or should they have charged him when he committed the crime? the charge is menacing and it happened in delaware in August, 2003.
