california, steven confessed to a vandalism under the pretences of a lesser charge of vandalism and girlfriend would not be arrest ed, however, girlfriend still arrested and now steven in jail on parole hold 36, days now-awaiting time allotment for parole board hearing on violation and new charge -- 11550 h&s / vandalism/ police report has drug use all over it/ officer testified no one to idenitfy him/ vandalism was to a car-now totalled/ parole officer wants to send to program for drug abuse, but will not lift hold, wants steven to appear before the board. how many days does the parole board have to come at steven in writing of violation for the screening board hearing?

The parole revocation hearing must be held within 45 days of the parole hold, and the notification of rights within 24 days, so the screening would have to take place within those time limits.
