What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA

Exemplary parolee had the misfortune of meeting & dating unstable woman. This woman thinks the FBI, police, landlord, people at work are out to get her, her phone is tapped, motion picture movie scripts are written to deliver personal messages to her and she complains she is being followed all the time. None of this has to do with her boyfriend on parole but she thinks he must have arranged all of this to be happening to her before they met. This woman files false police report and parole is sent to jail for parole violation. Several people in parole's life have also been subjected to abuse from his strange woman's pursuit and they send reports of these events to parole officer who doesn't care. She keeps coming to see him in jail, and he can't prevent her from coming. When does this stop? There are at least 5 separate individuals who've sent written reports to the parole officer (including letters in the gals handwritting and voice mail messages she's left with threats, story changes, and her attempts to do in the guy. How does he get the all the information looked at and his day in court? Why won't the PO look at the overwhelming conflicting evidence?

There's more to the story .

When an inmate is released on parole ,they have set of conditions to follow .

If they do not , they can be violated .

You give no details at all , and blame it on his misfortune . Sorry , that doesn't cut it .
She could be a paranoia Schizophrenia , but rules are rule . He put himself in that position .

What overwhelming evidence ? Character references ?

I agree there is much more to this story. If he had any defense to the parole violation charge he could have asked for a hearing to force the parole officer to prove the violation and to present his defense. He can completely prevent her from coming, for example, either by requesting the jail not allow her in, or by refusing to come out to see her when she shows up.

Ca Parole Violation

Plain And Simple - She Made Up The Entire Story. Now He gets Up And Leaves When She Comes To Visit however I Confirmed There Is No List Of Who And Who Not Can Come - no such function at the jail. IF they qualify by having ID, etc - they can go in. He Didn't Accept The Parole Board's Offer So Now Gets A Hearing. There Was No Violation - She Made It Up! He Is Guilty Of Bad Judgement as To Her Nature. Dr. Jekell and Mr. Hyde in a dress.
