What is the name of your state? WAshington I was charged with a class
b felony indecent liberties. It is my first offfense and did not involve a minor.
RCW 9a.44.100 I need to know if if it is possible to have this plea bargined
down to a misdmeanor and avoid jail time with maybe probation or work release/home monitoring?
