my 19 year old son was offered a plea on a 794.011 his victim was his girlfriend of 2 years she was 17 years old. the offer 10 year supended jail time, 10 year probation, sex offender probation, register as a sex offender, sex offender classes cc for two with gps monitor. he can not offer all the cost involved. He will be violated because he only makes $150.00 per week take home pay. if he went to trail was could his sentence be? We live in Florida.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

That's a big statute. What are the subsections? the numbers and/or letters in parenthesis (a)(2) etc..?

Some of those are punishable by death according to a brief sampling.
