I was found guilty of criminal damages 13602B4 in Tucson City court in 1992 and would like to request for a reduction in charges. In addition I was looking for the form to ask for permission to restore my civil rights. I've got information that if your charged with a felony your case would be in city court and if a misdemeanor in city court. I was charged in city court, but if I read it right 1302B4 is a class 6 felony.
Long story short I'm looking for the forms to submit to for petition in Pima county city court, Tucson, AZ to have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor.
Any help is appreciated.
