what is the possible sentence i coul get with crim mis:intent damage property under 145.0001 of the penal law. im 18 and i got arrested for punching a hole in the wall of my room which my stepfather owned. he said i only punched one and thats what he put in the police report but i only punched one hole in the wall about amonth ago. please help
