Prison Or Take The Plea When Not Guilty?

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I'm facing several years in prison because of being accused of something that i did not do. All i was doing was protecting myself and i got charged with a felony. Now i'm on home arrest unil i go to court at which type i either have to accept the plea or go to trial and if i'm found guilty after the trial i could get even nore years in prison.

This is crazy. Why should i accept a plea when i did nothing wrong? But on the other hand if we go to trial and i loose, i could get a longer sentence. I really do not know which way to go.
My one attorney wants to go to trial, but I don't believe he's been doing everything he can for me so I have been talking with a couple other attorneys and they both agree that I should take the plea.

Any advice please help me...

I am not an expert but wouldn't the outcome depend on how much hard evidence they have against you? And how can they have any hard evidence against you if you're not guilty?

I think she's a little schizo as well. I wonder if EACH personality qualifies for their own check?

No, she'll only get one check, so she'll have to do the math and divide it up amongst herselves.

Sheltie - You did do what you're accused of so where do you get off claiming to be not guilty? When they convict you, and they will, make the most of your time in prison and try to better yourselves. All of the drama queens residing inside your noggin deserve the benefits derived from intense psycho therapy and I know you would truly entertain your doctors so be sure to utilize the programs available to prisoners.
