We live in Wisconsin, and my bf who is on probation informed his PO officer that his mother is drunk and has hit him several times. In his rules it states that beer or anything like that is allowed in the home. He is also involved in AA classes and was told to move out of the home. He asked his PO if he could move and gave address's of some places he considered. Could she have given him names of numbers of halfway house's?
And if a PO hears of someone using drugs is she/he not bound to check it out.*my boyfriends childs mother is using drugs around her son* she was on probation for 18 months for Sexual Assault of a minor.
