What is the name of your state? washington. is there any rules or guidelines for sentencing on probation violations?

Depends on the probation violation. The violator may have to complete the balance of their sentence that was held while they were on probation. Plus, they may also face additional time for any criminal charge that gave rise to the probation violation.
