record dismissed

Arrested in Connecticut 10 years ago. Was put on Pre-trial Accelerated Rehabilitation. The case was dismissed after 2 years of probation. Does this mean that my arrest record is cleared too? Will this show on background checks?

States have expungement laws. You need to expunge/close/seal your criminal record so it doesn't show up on background checks.
