I was convicted of counterfeiting money 13 years ago in a Federal Court in Indiana. I have ot been in any trouble since. I am now married with a good professional career. I am trying to find out if I can get this felony reduced to a misdemeanor in the Federal Court System. Is it possible to withdraw my plea of guilty and enter a new plea of a lesser misdemeanor charge.

I only served 6 months in a safe house an 6 months on house arrest. I was on probation for three years but was released after only one year. I was also released 3 months early from house arrest.

Thanks in advance for any help!
