California. What restrictions does the State put on convicted felons? What restrictions does the State of California allow private clubs, companies, associations, employers, etc. to place on convicted felons?

Explain what you mean by this? If you are asking if employers and priviate companies/clubs can not hire or except membership from a convicted felon then the answer is yes. There is no law granting special right to criminals.

Restrictions for the felon under Ca. State Law would be in the statutes. It would depend if the criminal is under probation/parole. It would also depend on what the conviction was for.
