My boyfriend and I went to Juvenile hall to clear his record but was told that some things on his record may not be sealable. He was caught tagging and commited some sort of assault. Could his assualt on another person be the part of his record that can not be sealed? He wishes to apply for citizenship that was why we went in the first place. He was 15 when he commited those acts and now he's 24. Will those things on his record hurt his chances for citizenship? Pls refrain from making any mean comments. Thank you very much for your time.
