my son-inlaw got 9 months probation and work at home
for a felony
could someone please tell me the sentencing guidelines?

it was almost all verbal
the man did not get hurt
think the crime is stalking
looked this up
it is not battery or assault because the neighbor was unhurt
I live in a different place
don't know the whole story
my son-inlaw said he got 9 months probation, a $1,000 fine, and must work at home.
