What is the name of your state (INDIANA)
My boyfriend has been in jail since sept 2009 he has been through a few court dates including bond hearing and fact finding hearing.. Here in a couple weeks he has 4 status hearings set and a pre- trial conference.. What goes on at the status hearings and will he be brought to court on that day or is it just between the professionals like his attorney and judge? Will anything happen at that date like possible release or is it just nothing.. Please help. Thank you!
