What is the name of your state? Indiana What is the statute of limitations on forgery/conspiracy to commit forgery? And how does one go about expunging a warrent and charges that are past the statute of limitations??

if you go to www.findlaw.com and click on state codes and choose your state, you should be able to find out the statute of limitation on your charge. as far as expungement, you will have to check with an attorney.
