My friend's sister has a lot of bad checkd out and she hasnt paid by the time she was supposed to. I looked on the casenet site and it says this...MOTION TO REVOKE PROBATION AND TOLL PROBATION

"Toll probation" means that the credit for the time you have served on probation has stopped because you are or may be in violation.

In other words, the time for your probation has been made longer.

Thanks, I wasnt sure what it meant. We were kinda hoping it meant she was going to go to jail. I know that sounds bad, but its a LONG story. Anyway, she has a court date for the 15th about this. If her probation was revoked, then what could happen next? Thanks, Misty
