What is the name of your state (Utah)?

Hello, I received a minor consumption of alcohol charge back in February and received a plea of abeyance. Anyway, I got another minor consumption of alcohol ticket a few weeks back. I know I'm in pretty big trouble, but I'm wondering how big? Somebody told me I'm going to jail, is that true?

I don't think so (though it is a possibility). You will receive the guilty plea (possibly with a $500) for your first, and then $1000 for the second. You will get your license suspended for a year AT LEAST (there's no possibility to have this waived on the second, they could give you a year on both).
