My boyfriend was arrested on 01/23/06 on violation of probation for a domestic battery. About 4 months ago he was arrested for the same thing. When the police ran his name he had a warrant since he had not attended any of his programs, or anger management classes, and met with his PO just once. He goes back to court on 01/31/06. What is the most that can happen since this is his first time violating probation? Re-instate probation, bond set, time served? Please give me a clue of what can happen Thank You!
