last fall, a friend of mine was being a drunk dumbass and pulled a fire alarm. she recently went to court and was not sentenced with the misdemeanor that she thought she'd receive, but instead got a year of probation and community service. very shortly after the court date, she was arrested for being drunk in public at a university party. she is a few months from being 21. what is she looking at for charges this time around? the fire alarm was a first offense, she receives good grades and has held a steady internship job. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
