i live in alaska an was pulled over for a dwi and plea to a reckless driving i had .o53 .i was stupid because i got an other one 1 month after the first one . now i had a .ooo and my lawyer wants to take it to trial i could not pass the fst both times .the first one i got no time in jail but this time i fell that i shouldn't have plead to a reckless on the first one because i feel that i will get time on this one at 30 days or more .i have only one ticket in my life and idont want to do time in jail because i was not drinking on the second one. so what should i do?HELP I do not even drink at all!!!
