Is there anything that can be done about a subject who has numerous credentials on her business card,(no state license required for "spiritual healing" though, State-Ca).
A PhD listed turns out phoney (NY)although she did attend the school briefly.
There are many other people who do this kind of "work" and do have a business license with the state of Ca, for simply running a business, any kind of business and pay their taxes.. What can we do?

A phony degree is definitely a crime. Try the school maybe? See if they prosecute. I know someone was recently arrested for selling degrees on the interenet, but I can't remember what they were charged with.
