I have posted this on business sections but no firm answers. If a company denied credit to over 200 hundred people and never sent them their necessary notice that says you've been denied credit and are entitled to a copy of your credit bureau, blah, blah. What are the potential fines, and relastically what would happen to that company? The FTC governs these penalties.
