I am 20 years old. Last year I was arrested for zero tolerance. When I went tou court the state's attorney convicted me of a DUI. My bac level that night was .05. I was put on court supervision for 2 years. Now I have to go to a violation of court supervision hearing on OCT. 4th because I haven't completed the full 75 hours of treatment. I do have 16 hours done. The state's attorney is seeking 90 days jail, and a 2 year revocation of my license. This doesn't seem at all right. Help

My response:

What's wrong with it? And, what's your defense?
