Just out of curiosity...

If someone has never ever claimed income tax, and I know for a fact that they earn money, legally and illegally. What can happen to that person? Will they go to jail? How do they investigate it?How long does it take to see something actually done? How will it affect the persons future?

I am assuming tax evasion is a criminal offence!
