is there legislation against viewing students in there element
(ie:drama,music,band,pep-squad) while they are at school events that prohibits me (as a parent of a child in the public school system) in CALIFORNIA from doing
my job as a talent scout. i do my job wherever
i go...at a recent high school assembly that my daughter was performing in i approached a child that fit the criteria i am trained to recognioze, in the fashion,promotional/print model industry. my code of ethics are extremely high and very professional.the parent i approached said it to be against the CAL ED CODE.could someone please tell me where i can find the answer?
thank you,
