If you use a bail bondsman to get out of jail (surity bond) and then the charges are dropped....why can't you get your money back?

Who gets the money? The bondsman or the court?

The bondsman gets the money. She took 10% from you & guaranteed the rest. Since she took the risk you wouldn't show, she gets to keep the 10%. That was part of the bond contract you signed.

Thanks for the info. I guess it is like a loan.....with very high interest rates.
