This is also a Family law Board issue.

Immediately, do it yesterday . . . get your ex in court on an Emergency Order to Show Cause Re: Visitation and have his visitation changed to "Monitored" visitation. Your child will have to testify. Also, bring as much firepower to court with you: e.g., reports from both the American and Icelandic agencies to determine, with documents, that he has applied for a Passport.

i agree with iaal.... that is some serious ****. he will get charges up the ass. forgery, impersonation, and he will end up in a federal prison. that is some serious ****. fraud on the goverment type. your son i dont think he will get in much trouble, how old is he. he was influenced by an adult and even worse his father so i would guess they will be very lienient.
