My son was busted three adn 1/2 years ago for possession of marijuana. He was given five years of deferred adjutification with 250 hours of community service and a find. His find has been paid off. We were just in the procesess of hiring a lawyer for $500 to go to court to get his all dropped. He was driving a car where a copy pulled three and his friends over, searched them and left them go. His friend in the back seat threw a joint out I guess as they leaving. Anyway, my son has a court date and is being charged with a misdemeanor for possession of 0-2 oz. How will this affect his ability to get off of probation?
