my son,shot by 18yr old w/bbgun.

My 17 yr old shot by an 18 yr old w/bb gun.
A warrant was issued for aggravated assault
and pointing a firearm at a person. His family protected him from the law and now that we know he is in Tx. going to school.
The warrant is not going nation wide. What can we do to push the warrant nation wide?
We are in South Carolina.
