I have recently fallen on hard times. I obtained a cash advance loan from a local business. I cannot pay back the full amount at one time. Does this fall under a worthless check law or something. I can pay back the cash advance in three payments, but they want the full amount at once. Please help with some advice. I live in the state of Florida.

No, it falls under the 'broken legs' law. I suggest you use what money you have to buy some medical insurance.
