My boyfriend is going to trail for violation of a restraining order for alledgedly beating his soon to be ex-wife. He went in for questioning, took a lie detector and passed, the police ruled him out as a suspect, the prosocutor didn't charge him because of lack of evidence, he has an alibi backed up by witnesses and yet the judge at a hearing about a phone call let her attorney bring this into court and now is letting it go to trail. How can they do that when he hasn't been charged or arrested in connection to this crime??

sounds like her word against his. even though they have no proof and he has an aliby, they still will concider him a suspect because she said it was him. now he has to prove it wasnt.... good luck
