It's the "Statute" of Limitations. The Statue of Limitations is in a museum.

You didn't say armed robbery of what? A Bank, a Mom & Pop store, what?

Depending on where you rob, will depend on which Statute of Limitations applies, and whether it's State or Federal law we're talking about.

Hello,
I believe, if memory serves me; the robbery accured at a convience store. The debate is whether the statute ends in 4 or 7 years? We have a friend who is an Attorney, and he wasn't sure. He said to check it out on the internet. This was in the state of Mass.
