So are you saying all 3 of us are sole
trustees? So all 3 of us have to agree
on something before we can do anything?
All I want to do is to follow the trust
as my parents wanted. The house was left
to me and my brother. And I was sole trustee.
So if I want to sell the house and my sister
dont. what could happen?
Thanks for your help
