I recently had the detectives come to my residence and take all of my computer equipment. The search warrent included my name my wifes name and my 4 year old baby. They said that was so I couldn't say something belonged to either of them. However they also took a laptop computer that belongs to my place of employment that I use to remotely connect and do work from home. I told them that it didn't belong to me but they took it anyway. My lawyer or the detectives don't seem to worried about returning it, and I am wondering if that was legal in the first place. It has been a month now and I haven't heard a thing. Any help on what I could do would be appreciated, thanks in advance
