State of Tennessee: Under the laws of the state of Tennessee, if an heir has reason to believe that the executor is purposefully delaying the disbursement of the estate proceeds, what-if any- is the minimum time interval after the 4 month waiting period after first advertisement, that a legal petition could be made to the probate court requesting that the settlement be done. All the creditors have been paid, all the property has been sold as spelled out in the terms of the will. Thanks in advance for any help received.
